Payment Terms and Customer Responsibility

Overview of Payment Options: When purchasing any programs or services from Heather Bourque Coaching, customers may choose from several payment options, including the VIP option, Pay in Full (PIF), Split Pay, and 6-Month Pay. Each option has specific payment terms as outlined below.

VIP Option: Customers selecting the VIP option agree to pay the total amount as specified at the time of purchase. This is a one-time payment granting full access to the VIP benefits of the program.

Pay in Full (PIF): Customers opting for the Pay in Full (PIF) method agree to pay the entire cost of the program in a single payment. This payment is due at the time of purchase.

Split Pay: The Split Pay option allows customers to pay the program cost in two equal installments. The first payment is due at the time of purchase, and the second payment is due one month from the date of the initial purchase. Failure to make the second payment on time may result in suspension of program access until the payment is received.

6-Month Pay: For customers choosing the 6-Month Pay option, the total cost of the program is divided into six equal monthly payments. The first payment is due at the time of purchase, followed by five additional monthly payments. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of program access and may incur additional fees.

Customer Responsibility: By choosing any of the payment options, customers accept full responsibility for fulfilling their payment obligations as agreed. Failure to complete payments as scheduled will not exempt customers from their obligation to pay the total agreed amount.

Collection of Unpaid Amounts: In the event of delayed or missed payments, Heather Bourque Coaching reserves the right to take necessary actions, including but not limited to, suspension of program access, involvement of collection agencies, and legal proceedings to recover the owed amounts.

Updates to Payment Terms: Heather Bourque Coaching reserves the right to modify the payment terms and options at any time. Such changes will be communicated through appropriate channels and will apply only to purchases made after the changes have been implemented.
